Typically when flying I'd do the same thing, just at a slower rate. I'm surprised you don't use the camera (memory fails me for the name) where your looking behind you more often. I use that view when high up to try and help locate other planes by going into a somewhat stall maneuver if I could hear them below me. Of course that was when I could play with sound and be able to hear my surroundings, nowadays if I dare get in the air I have no clue any plane is around me unless i get lucky and spot it in the view changes.
