I either listening to W (Double You), Aya Matsuura or Morning Musume. The theme Is J-pop, I like the upbeat tempo and even though I don't understand most of the words, it doesn't matter since it makes me "happier" then I normally am.

If you are not into upbeat music or don't like that which you don't understand then you most likely won't enjoy this type of music.



:NOTE: Please don't ridicule me because I like music that's not "normally" accepted by those that are 18-30(ie. top 40in the USA), I get enough of that at 1 of my jobs. It's like the old proverb said "Don't knock it 'till you try it."

Try listening to some Japanese music, whither it be pop, rock or what ever your into, just give it a try. I think you'll find that knowing what is being said is of little concern, rather it will become about the tempo(aka. beat) and how the song is sung. I'm not saying that the groups that I have listed are the best, for you(for me they are the "best" as of this point in time, but they're are many groups in Japan, besides Hello Project, that could grab your attention.

Give one of the many Japanese groups a try and drop me a PM with your thoughts, yes you too Wasabi(I know?), on Japanese music.


:note2: I get weird looks because of my likes in music, video entertainment and the fact that I have a pony-tail. That is why I must explain myself in such a manner as above. Though I still as the same, Try it before you demean it.
