How to have a fully functional Recycle Bin in the taskbar

Lifehacker has one that uses the QuickLaunch toolbar, but I kind of like the above one better. It lets those that still use the QuickLaunch (not sure why) use it as intended while still having Bin separate
Tip to do after wards:
Open the Properties for the shortcut you made and select the Security tab
Click Edit and then select the "Authenticated Users"
Now under Deny check Write
Click OK until you're out
This will prevent you from accidentally selecting Delete when you meant to select Empty Recycle Bin. I did this a lot at first and it ticked me off.
Sadly you can't get rid of the extra menu options and have it just show the same options that you would normally get from the Recycle Bin.
