Backspace out the letter "s" from your "https..." video posts. They'll play directly, rather than a link to click on. I'm too lazy....

Way 1.
Right click on the YouTube video while it's playing (on YouTube). Click "copy video URL." Start a post. Press (Ctrl+ V) to copy the video URL into your post. Backspace out the "s" in the http before posting. That's all I have to do.
Way 2. Drag your mouse cursor over the video "ID number " in your browser's Location field box at the top (the URL of a YouTube playing). It's a bunch of numbers at the end. Highlight those numbers with your mouse cursor. Copy them (Crtl+C) or right click/Copy . Paste that video ID number into you post (Ctrl+V) or get it showing up.
Then make it look like the example below, replacing the example video ID number with the one you edit into your post. Both ways work with me.
