The Day of Defeat Source server is now on a pay per slot basis. Doing so has certainly helped our cause in reducing monthly costs. However, having a server show up empty 24/7 day after day is not something worth continuing.

For those who like to play the game you may want to consider committing some game time. Wednesday and Sunday nights are worth the time spent.

I truly hope you all consider whats been said.

I bought the game 2 weeks ago but what does that mean for me now??? Do I have to pay for each time I wanna play?

No cost to you. We (MoonGamers) pay per slot, we no longer pay a set monthly fee for the box. So many slots means x number of dollars, it's less expensive to do it this way.

The server is operational yet a ghost town. Hopefully we can get some regular traffic a few nights a week...otherwise there is no reason to have it at all.

I've been absent for obvious reasons....fps of 9 and ping well over 150. I'll be home Sunday night and will be bringing my gaming machine back to OK/inlaws with me. I'm not getting home until around 7:30-8:00 pm...but I'll try to be on next Wednesday too...just a little late. (p.s. I'm leave the house around 5:15 in the mornings too )

With my status at college, I am not able to sit in a server to seed. I will gladly join in when a couple of people in but there is always work to do that I cant end up sitting on a server using up my laptop power.

No real life issues with standing, seed the server on a Wed or Sun night...when you can.
