Welcome to Battlefield Conquest League! We are a competitive gaming community built upon sportsmanship, fairplay, and mutual respect. We are proud to offer fierce competition in an environment in which teams are friendly, honorable, and recognize that making sure everyone is having fun is just as important as victory.

BFCL offers three types of competitive gameplay for a variety of games. We have League competitions, Ladder competitions, and Special Events.

SPECIAL EVENTS

We consider fun to be first and foremost. To make this happen we periodically offer unique special events that gives teams a chance to have fun together playing the games we like to play in a less competitive environment. In the past we have hosted Olympic style events, custom map nights, 32v32 Mega-Scrims, and more. Watch our Special Events section of the website for announcements of upcoming events.

LADDER COMPETITIONS

Our ladder competitions are open to the public and any team interested in having some fun playing in our unique ladder competitions are welcome to register on the ladder system and dive right in. Here are brief instructions to get you started ...

We currently offer Ladder Competitions for the following games:

Battlefield 1942 : ? 2v2 Jeep Racing
Battlefield 2 : ? 3v3 Sniper Combat

1. Your Team Leader should visit the Ladder Management System (LAMS).
2. Team Leader registers on the LAMS using the NEW PLAYER SIGNUP link and follow the instructions to validate the account.
3. Once validated the Team Leader can then use the JOIN A LADDER link to create a team for the desired ladder competition.
4. Now the team members can register on the LAMS and the Team Leader can select members from the PLAYER LIST to add to the roster.
5. Your team is now ready to go! Our ladders use a challenge system for scheduling matches. Please visit the Ladder Rules for detailed instructions on the challenge system as well as the General Gameplay Rules and settings for the ladder you joined.

As always visit the Knowledge Base or the Help Forum if you are experiencing problems getting set up. Good Luck and Have Fun!

LEAGUE COMPETITIONS

Our leagues are the heart and soul of BFCL. Unlike our ladders our leagues require teams to be thoroughly evaluated to ensure they meet our standards of sportsmanship, integrity, and conduct before becoming a Member Teams If you think your team has what it takes both on the Battlefield and off to become a Member Team follow these steps ...

1. It is expected that new teams review our General Gameplay Rules and the Competition Rules for the leagues you wish you to join.

We currently offer League Competitions for the following games:

Battlefield 1942 : ? 5v5 Infantry Combat ? 8v8 Full Combat
Battlefield 2 : ? 5v5 Infantry Combat ? 8v8 Full Combat
Battlefield 2142 : ? 5v5 Infantry Combat ? 8v8 Full Combat ? 12v12 Titan Combat
Call of Duty 4 : ? 7v7 Domination
Team Fortress 2 : ? 6v6 Mixed Mode

2. If you feel our league is right for your team then complete the New Team Registration webform found in the JOIN BFCL! link on the main page.

3. Team Leaders and members should then register on our forums (if not already done) and make an introduction post in the JOIN Forum.
-This post should give a brief and informal description of your team and which League Competitions you would like to join.
-Our Team Manager is Holden and he will help guide you through the process, answering any questions you may have. He will be your primary contact during the registration and evaluation process.

4. You may now begin setting up your team on our League Management System (LEMS). To do so the Team Leader should register on the LEMS by selecting the competition you wish to join (see competition links above) and click the REGISTER link in the PLAYER PROFILE.
-Next, the Team Leader can select CREATE NEW TEAM in the PLAYER PROFILE and fill in your team information including a team password that your members can use to join your team once they have registered on the LEMS.
-Once the team has been created you will then see a REGISTRATION link in the MAIN MENU. Select to register your team for the competition. A league administrator will approve the registration and your team will be ready to go!

As always visit the Knowledge Base or the Help Forum if you are experiencing problems getting set up. Good Luck and Have Fun!

Your team is now known as a Conditional Team. When new teams apply, we ask that they initiate a scrimmage challenge to member teams using the forums here. This scrim is informa and intended to be fun. It gives teams a chance to get to know each other and helps us determine your teams ability to field the required number of players, abide by our competition rules, and negotiate matches professionally. However if your team has applied very near a new season start date Holden may inform you to that your team does not need to fulfill this step.

6. When Conditional Teams join a league the Division Managers will add a two week pre-season to the schedule. This is another opportunity for member teams to get to know your team as well as a chance for your team to familiarize itself with our League Management System (LEMS), competition rules, and server settings. After the pre-season is completed league administrators will conduct an informal review of your team and the competition itself. The pre-season is also an opportunity for all Member and Conditional teams to discuss the competition settings and suggest improvements to ensure fun and fairness for all.

Successfully completing the pre-season will allow your team to continue your first competition at BFCL as a Conditional Team. At the end of the regular season league administration will conduct a more formal review of your team gathering feedback from member teams you have competed against and make a final determination on whether or not your team should be granted Member status. Please note that poor conduct at any point in your time here at BFCL may result in review or removal from the league. Teams which are disruptive or detract from the enjoyment of the game are not welcome here.

MEMBERSHIP AT BFCL

Membership has its priveleges! Among these are special pricing on servers from BFCL Battlegrounds, opportunity to join any competition available, nominate your team members for administration positions, make referrals for other new teams, and the satisfaction of knowing your team is an elite competitor in the truest sense of the word.

Once again, Welcome to Battlefield Conquest League!
Good Luck and Have Fun!
