Yeah, it should be. Most games that work in XP should work in Vista as well.
You may notice slight performance drops if you have Vista Aero enbaled which can use a little more RAM, but overall it should be fine.

You can always run in compatibility mode. However I do not know about PunkBuster and Vista working together.
