search www.overclockers.com click on xp vs windows 7, speed test results... XP blew 7 away in every catagory. SPANKED! :whippingsmiley:

Provide a link to the article if you could. The article I found on that site here links to the article here, which flatly contradicts your statement. Please show us (me, particularly) where XP blew 7 away in every category.

98 = XP
Vista = ME
XP = 7

From this reasoning skip anything after 7 until the Next OS

I've used both many times and Windows 7 is very close... if not better - to me. O, and let me mention that Windows 7 has never crashed on me.
