This sent to me via Redshirt and courtesy of Goomba.

Is this something we do server side or via console. I would also like to hear from anyone who has also had mic issues since the steam update, and in particular anyone who has xp had mic issues and managed to fix it.

The thing we also need to figure out is...will just this command work or are you better off making a .cfg file?

"sv" Commands are server only commands

In the case of this one its to toggle from 2 different codecs for VOIP

0 = old style codec
1= new codec (default for server)

If we have a large amount of VOIP users unable to function with the new codec we can toggle and use the old codec.

Went into server tonight after Lin told me today that this command had been applied to the server. It works however 'yet another corpse' was coming through with a bit of base, not sure if it is this change or possible issues his end. Either way can our players please report back any issues!
