I press F9 at game start to remove the HUD radio thumbnails at the top. Fine.

I've found the list of commands about the HUD and those thumbnail radios at the top.

1. I'm not sure I'm at the right source directory file to edit the .config file.  I think I'm correct in going into the Mods folder.  From there I see both Custom and Default folders with config files in them.

2. Which exact command on that list do I change to remove HUD radio icons at the top?

Not that it matters. I can keep pressing the F9 key upon game start.

Also...anyone remember?  There used to be a config file change which would make  team chat appear towards the bottom of the screen, with all the other text  towards the top. That was kinda neat.

F8-F8 in game drops the radio command bar at top.

In game chat commands are here : http://www.tweaktown...ide/index7.html

I use them to reduce chat and push it up.   Dunno having the text at bottom, probably doable.

Yes, but you have to press that each time a map starts.  I want to edit the games config file so as not to have to do that at each map start.
