i cant connect to any battlefield servers any more ... all the pings stay at 999 even after refreshn ... so i unistalld the game . reinstalld. and all the patches ..
still wouldnt connect ... it goes to connect screen then says error .... anyone have any clue what is wrong with my game . ?

Make sure that if you have a firewall that ports 14567 and 80 are open. If you have a router, make sure that the same port is also open there.

are you able to hit ANY servers or just not the Moons?

well first i tried moon ... didnt wrk so then i realized that every single server ping was 999... and i couldnt connect to any server online ... but i was still online so wasnt a connection problem .. i have no idea .. unistalld twice now i dont know .. :(

Nah, not an installation error, sounds more like a port connection problem or something. The game is not "seeing" the servers. Did you try to manually add a server button vs. word filter?

i put in 38.113.32.216 the add server part click join ... and them after the ping its shown some port nubmers ??? i think its a port thing to .. maybe... any idea how to fix that?

Ask your ISP if they have a firewall on your modem you have to change it online,I had this promblem to when I got a new modem.

well i opend the 14567 port and none of the servers are shown up still ..not workn.. :( :( :angry:

ok .. well ive done everything possible . open ports. turnd off all firewalls. reinstald game and patches. open'd my comp up lookd inside for anything unplugd
(damn lot of dust gets in these things) cleand it out . i changed my cd key . ran spy ware .. ran online virus scan .
did everything i can think of .. all my other online games wrk still .. GRRR :( :( :(

shit, sorry dude!

i made sure to buy this game, i really wanted problem free online play!

sorry i can't offer any advice on how to fix it dude!!
but i have a question, does your comp have an administrator? maybe your mom/dad that has more privliges than you? if so, look into using them to fix it.

its coo . im same way i allways buy my games .. to much bs when u try to get crackd versions.... nah no admin on this comp just me .. been around the world trying to figure out why i cant get any servers to even show up when i hit update..

do you have anything typed into the blank spaces above the list that let you search?

if you did, it would cut out any results that didn't contain that word.

AH! Cable, maybe you need to call your cable internet provider and ask for a new IP address. ITs free, im nit sure it will fix it, but it will rule one more thing out...
