That is because you cannot tow owned vehicles with this script. The vehicles have to be unkeyed to be towed.

Yea, ya know when you said that in game, that's what I was thinking. That currently, you cannot towed an owned vehicle, locked or unlocked. I think Xeylore was going to work on the script to tow an owned vehicle if left unlocked.
