Hi all,

I started playing BF1942 this May and quickly settled on using the Moon servers exclusively. I'm STILL not very good, but I've been getting better. Now my KTD ratio is often even, as opposed to 1:2.

I play for fun, not for kills, and enjoy jumping to my death, suicide by mines, and yelling (sic)
"RAMMING SPEED" every time I hop in a jeep. I also like to use caps a lot, say crazy things, and continuously honk the horn of every vehicle that has one as I hurtle toward my death.

Lately I've been glad to see the Road to Rome and Secret Weapons maps getting heavy rotation on the non-Omaha server; my particular favorites are Baytown, Anzio, Husky, and Cassino.

I've used TS before but don't have a suitable mic. I wish that I could use TS with other players to have a coherent strategy! I also wish that, when no admin is present, a voting system could be used.

In real life, I'm a doctoral candidate in classical studies & I teach Latin and Greek mythology to college students. I am from Rhode Island (USA) but currently live in Illinois.

I enjoy playing with the usual regulars. The admins do a wonderful job keeping us in line and keeping things smooths. We all appreciate it.
