I watch alot of live feeds of USAC Sprint car and Midget races. Is there a way to record them ?

What type of live stream are they? Depending on the file format they are being distributed in, there are apps that will grab the stream and save video to your disk.
I don't have a clue what type it is other than Adobe Flash Player is being used.
