These stats puzzle me. How is it a player with 46 kills and 48 deaths with a little over 43 mins punched in has a higher ranking then myself. I assume we regular players will vault to the top of the stat rankings shortly.

These stats puzzle me. How is it a player with 46 kills and 48 deaths with a little over 43 mins punched in has a higher ranking then myself. I assume we regular players will vault to the top of the stat rankings shortly.

It has to do with kills per minute, among other things. I don't pick the ranking formula, and we really cant change it. It makes more sense the more we play. Mainly, if players do not play for a day or two, their skill will decay.

Lets see if we can get some donations towards the server, I bet we, the new kids on the block, could give some of the more established fancy pants EA servers a go. Lets prove that if everyone chips in a little it will make a difference. This game/server is worth 5-10 bucks of enjoyment in a months time frame...is it not?

For now channel your donation via a CS:S server, make sure in the comment area you say it's for DoD:S. Mines in once again.

You need more KPM to get a better rank.

The people that come on once, get a good score and get a high rank will slowly decay over time back to a lower rank. This is set to an undisclosed amount per day of not playing, but too high. If you play once a week you won't really be affected. If you play once a month, you will be.

Talk to the people at Psychostats, I can't change ranking formula.
