i got a problem: at 1100 - 1400 (gmt +1) i cant join the playground and this happens everyday.. its says: could not connect to server...
any ideas why??

Yes, at approximately 4:00am CST they reboot the server at the host level. We won't be able to do anything about this

I dont know about it taking 3 hours......but I do know that it reboots around 5 AM central time this morning it rebooted.
