This video has some highlights from a TPG match I played in years ago. My team mate has one of the best nade toss backs I have seen ever, and was easily the highlight of the match.
Ignore my mediocre attempts at mastering the garand...which has never actually happened...

How did you take the video?

one has to take demos in every competitive match. So you end up having footage so to speak. The demos have to be kept for most of the season...so if a complaint regarding hacking is made they can be submitted along with status screenshots to the anticheat admins of the league for review. Some players may have to submit demos for the whole season if they were suspect.

Once you have a recorded dem file you can create a movie. the process involves making jpegs of every frame of the movie you want to make and them merging them into a movie file is some sort of video editing software.

this is useful too:

this a more involved process than most folks realize and it takes some time and computing power to compile the final videos.

Lastly these movies are not as good as the demos themselves for detecting cheaters.....though I suspect you could use them to illustrate points....they would never be considered as proof by a serious anti-cheat admin.

Interesting description of the quite tedious process involved.

But why not just set up an HD video camera on your screen and record straight, high res video? Sure would be a lot easier.

IMHO I have seen vids done the way you suggested Kerf and in all honesty the quality of the vid is poor even in HD, nothing beats an actual screen vid

You can just use FRAPS, a program primarily created to record game play vids, however right now I have issues trying to get it to record the proper sound. You will most likely notice a hit on your game performance when running it though, especially if you are using an older system
