Vote kick or vote map won't happen, too much bs can be done with those options.

 

I don't have much free time atm because of work, will be back for longer admin time in a few weeks.

All we have to do is alt + tab  out of the server, come here,  PM whoever... and his phone rings, night or day.

Agreed.. Vote kick (and map vote) - is really something reserved for lesser servers. Any who are intent on it aren't completely sure what they're setting themselves in for. We already do a lot of things to mitigate most tking and team-wounding. When caught for it intentionally we kick/ban. I put some emphasis here on the last, as no one likes it, and perhaps one of the least of all being myself.
