Off course it is still available in stores, in fact what you'll find in stores is the first batch that ever came out back in 2005, cause it never sold.
Whereas BF 1942 has totaly sold out (in fact BF 1942 has been proven to be 971 times better than BF 2, simple maths really).

LOL! I just actually reinstalled 1942. I haven't been able to get in a Moon server because I only have vanilla and it is full evey time I try to join it.

I think you can find BF 42 packs on the net (with the two extensions and Vietnam) for less than 10 bucks. You should come back to the only true Battlefield .
