Earlier today some people were playin in HKHP El Al and this guy "gad" was in and threatened to put the server down for a week then boom, the server crashed. I've seen his name pop up in is82 forums but can't see any of his posts. If anyone has dealt or seen him please tell. He might be crashing other servers too.

In another forum you alluded that this was Reegad from IS82. I doubt that very much as he would not do the things you describe.

This hacker you speak of is not reegad, reegad from is82 does not crash servers.

Ok, just looked up "gad" google and is82 popped up.

This hack on the server makes it so when you connect it says the server is full and you can't get in. HKHP admins have tried to fix it and it still won't let people in the server.
