Battlefield 1942 Not fullscreen

Alright so in bf2 you can do that thing so its not full screen. Can you do that to bf1942? So if you can would you right click the icon on the desktop and make the target "C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 1942\BF1942.exe +fullscreen 0" right?

C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 1942\Mods\bf1942\Settings\VideoDefault.con

renderer.setFullScreen 1

Change to 0.
