Ok, guys, I wanna know a simple...well not too simple, but its a cool topic.
I wanna know what is the BEST CUSTOM computer that you guys can think of making.
Guidelines:

1. You can use any current hardware out in the market, or any software about to enter the market within the next couple monthes (i.e. the new ATI cards)

2. You have to list all the components that you would use.

3. It would help if you list the prices of most of the hardware that you use.

4. Also, try to list the complete estimated price, only if you CANT list the individual prices.

5. ***DO NOT START A DEBATE OR FLAME ANYONE, THIS IS JUST A POST ABOUT PEOPLE'S PERSONAL OPINIONS, IF YOU DISAGREE WITH SOMETHING, TOUGH LUCK, KEEP IT TO YOURSELF. ***

PLEASE POST SOME OF THE BEST COMPS THAT YOU CAN THINK OF. LET YOUR IMAGINATIONS RUN WILD.

CPU 16xOpterons
4 mobos with quad opteron each
HDD 1 terabytex16 RAID array
Memory 32 gigs
Vid card quad Quadro FX /GF7800 GTX
Case--well all this won't fit inside a case, so let's say your living room

Estimated price...around 20,000-30,000 bucks? Not sure

Here's what I think is the best "Bang for the Buck" PC. Well I'll go with the prices in Japan.

CPU Athlon64 3200- $185
Mobo Biostar NF4UL-A9 $95
All fans retail..
RAM dual 512 PC3200, $85
VGA Leadtek PX6600GT-TDH around $175
HDD Hitachi 160GB $80
Optical NEC DVD-RW $70
Case: Owltech OWL-612DIV $120

$810. I made mine without the HDD/Optical (since I had those already) and with an Athlon 64 3500, plus Neo4-Platinum mobo and an extra 500W power supply for $900.
