CTF / DC servers closing

The Moon CTF and DC servers will be closing at the end of the month. These were funded personally by me and I can no longer justify the cost per month to run these servers which sit idle 99% of the time. Server will go offline on November 30, 2021.

Servers will close at the end of day (US hours) today.
