Is it possible to tweak the spawn time, amount of fuel, and reload time of missiles?

Then the flyers get their fun, but there isn't a constant natter threat?

This is already been brought up...lol   personally I think it should have the spawn time of a def gun or carrier...or battleship

Too much overload...what to change.   Keeping this game on life support is going ok.  Heh, except how I would do better.
