Teamspeak 3 is out this link is their temporary web page until all of the major traffic coming in slows down.

edit by Lin:

We have created custom icons for the Sr Admin and Admin groups. These are client-side icons, you will need to download using the links below and then save them to the default directory of:

XP - c:\program files\TeamSpeak 3 Client\gfx\default
or
Windows 7 - c:\Users\[your username]\AppData\Local\Teamspeak 3 Client\gfx\default

Here are the links:

Custom icons will be added through the server files in a later update. Until then, if you want to know who is Admin and Sr Admin in TS3, you'll need these two small files. :)

Just FYI, moongamers will be testing TS3 soon and we'll determine if it would be prudent to officially make the switch. For now, you can download the "Client" version for yourself if you wish... but you won't be able to connect to anything yet :P

Probably should have tired moonts.sytes.net (all lowercase) before saying you can not connect to anything ;) :P

Make sure to have the correct file. There is a 32bit and a 64bit version. I would hop in but I am still tweaking TS3.

So, I open the program then i try to connect with the right ip and server port, it closes and leaves an icon on my taskbar, when i rollover it then it disappears.

Same. Windows 7 64bit. I checked run as administrator, and tried the compatibility modes, but I only have the options of Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista, and Vista SP1 or SP2......no XP options.

We will need to wait for the TeamSpeak forum to open back up.

I have installed TS3 on XP pro and XP home about to install on Vista 32bit to see if I get errors. Both versions of XP run fine and no issues. One had a long install because it needed to install some extra files that the other had on it already.

Does NOT run on Win2000

I'm having that same problem. Every time I try to connect and TS3 just closes down. I hope we can get this fixed soon, I'd like to try it out.

Make sure you are using "moonts.sytes.net" and NOT MoonTS.sytes.net

It will not work if you have caps in the address.

I put compatibility with Windows XP 2, and set Administration privilege, but it still shuts down on me for some odd reason.

Edit: Just now saw the post concerning caps. I'm in there now. :)

That worked Monkey, thanks.

That's a weird response to a wrong address, don't you think?
