8mm film home movie transferred onto VHS is too fast. Everyone is running instead of walking. I want to transfer the VHS to DVD while I still have a VHS player that works good.
Is there a DVD recording program that allows you to slow down what you see ?
Slow down real time recording speed on DVD ?
