Just a script suggestion to help the players with questionable connections.  If you DC while flying, the script will park your heli at the closest safe spot.

Curiousity; can some one post the ip for a server where this is in use? I'm wanting to see how it works first hand.

 

IE: Have some one jump in a cheap heli on it, go over a forest or what not, force close their game to force a DC.

 

I mean how smart is the script? Does it effectively 'teleport' the heli to a clear spot, or does it fly it?

 

Also; say the pilot DCs, but there is people in the heli..does it still work?

According to the scripts author this won't work if just the pilot loses connection. There has to be a crew, and the entire crew will have to be disconnected for this to work.

If the heli has one pilot only and the pilot dc's it will land it. That is how I read it.  And let's face it, 80% we are flying solo.
