So, I was tweaking my settings on 2142 to get better performance, and clicked 1024x768@ 75mhz, and I got a black screen with Cannot Display Video Mode, and I cannot see anything to change the settings back... how would I go about doing this?

C:\Documents and Settings\Ryan\My Documents\Battlefield 2142 Demo\Profiles\0001\Video.con
Open in wordpad/notepad.
Change the line to say:
VideoSettings.setResolution 800x600@60Hz
If you have an LCD, I do not know what types of @Hz it can support. I suggest always selecting 60, and possibly work you way up.
If that change does not fix it, delete video.con. The game should re-create it for you.
