some profiles ... such as this one :

have some nifty and shiny "wallpaper" enabled on their profile ...

i bet it isn't available to anyone right ?

can i get wallpaper enabled for my profile ?

click on your name in top right, click my profile, then click edit my profile button, then click profile customization tab and your there.

i see no tab called "profile customization"

i think that tab is only available to regs like you ...

I do believe that is for Regs and above. There are very few things we can give them as perks...that's one.
