I was on this afternoon on moongamers karkand. I was playing with a few friends on opposite teams. Then I got teamswitched by the server with my friends on it.. proof http://img238.images...creen1226ae.png Later on I went to do a few things while in the game so I went idle. But I got a ban which I dont see the reason why. A kick is a acceptable but in my opinion a ban wasnt. I didnt do anything against the rules.

If the admin could provide the reason I was banned it would be nice. It would be interesting to see what rule I broke, I was sniper on foot minding my own business all day. So when that admins gets the chance, please tell me..

7. What were you doing at the time? If you were banned for cheating or hacking, don't try to pull one over! You can always plead your case, but if you were banned for cheating it's likely to stay that way.

I could not find SKRD_Unforseen_CL on the Karkand ban list. If you had supplied the requested information this would have made my job easier.

I did find -> Volpi= [SKRD]Unforseen[ on the Karkand banlist. Is this you? If this is you you were banned by Firestorm for team switching.

The banning admin will have to clear the ban.

Firestorm is gone for the weekend. You were only banned for one day, but the temp bans have been having some problems with the dates auto-renewing.

Grrr...I worked until 9pm tonight, I'm tired, and the ban is showing as being initiated on 06/21...we're not there yet.

We agree, something doesn't seem right. Why would you take a screenshot like this? Fishing?

You were still in game approx 40 minutes after this screenshot was taken. Sorry, but this screenie's worthless.

By the way, the admins wanted to thank you. It was because of you that the language bot is now set to kick on the first offense. You knew about the warn first then kick setting, and you just happened to take that first "freebie" too liberally, too many times. We reset it to kick on first offense now because of players like you.

Why would I take a screenshot like that one? Simple. Volpi= members are always kicked for stacking.other reasons. And you guys DID say play the game as it is and stay on the team the server puts you. I KNEW as soon as that happened I would get banned because that is how it is. I even told chinesemaster to type something to PROVE I was moved to his team by the server. Look in the History.. i go US MEC US MEC every round then I get teamswitched then I played normally. So I got banned from that, and I saw it comming. The pic is worthless? .. No it isn't. Look at it again.. Unbelievable.

Secondly.. nice sarcasm on me swearing all the time and i am to thank. Compare me to Deathamongst187us. He is the one that abuses it. I usually keep my thoughts to myself but I know I have sworn in the past.


Now this is a perfect example of unfairness among players. If I get treated like this on a server where I cant control the switching from the server or getting hot headed a few times and swore, I dont want to play there anymore.

It was a temp 3 day ban. You were in game 40 minutes after that screenie was taken. Yes, it's useless, you were not banned at that time.

You people have played here long enough to know the rules. You know there is a language bot and you know it USED to warn first. You decided it was a freebie and you would always take that first "freebie" swear. It used to be meant to instruct new players to our server that their language would get them kicked, before it added to their kick/ban record. Thanks to players like you who abused it, that warning is now gone. You know the rules and you bend them as far as you think you can. No more. I have seen you play, I haven't seen the other guy, and as with every ban thread, this discussion is about you and nobody else. And, it was YOU that I personally kicked for swearing, and then I changed the bot to kick on first abuse. So yes, it was you.

You don't have to worry about playing our servers again.
