When i go to turn my wifes computer off, it goes threw all of the shutdown proses like it's suppose to. But then all of a sudden it goes into restart mode, starts back up to Win XP. How can i get it to go into shut down mode and stay shut down??????

mem. 3.0 gig
vid. nvidia geforce fx 5500
