What is is82?
Battlefield: Interstate 1982 transforms 1942 into a semi-modern day auto combat game. Pick your classic car and race around weapon mounted cars, this isn't your every day demolition derby! There are two teams or player models to choose from, the Kingpins and the Vigilantes each with weapons and vehicles that will make you forget that this has any connection to the original WW2 shooter. There are obstacle courses, go karts, monster trucks, police cars, and all sorts of fun stuff.

We will definetly play DISCO FEVER and GUTTED since they were requested as well as australia, canyon drift, canyon run, coppermine, country side, deathrace 1 and 2, gazala interstate, grand canyon, kart man, ruined vacation, sky city, stunt park, survivor arena, tsunami, and all the ones in the moongamers map packs. On the is82 site they have 3 downloadable map packs which contain all maps, but in total size they equal out to about 3 gb, and I'm not going to make anyone use that much space for maps on there computer.

If you have any other map requests let us know in here and we will look at them.

lmao at the pictures timmy, I could not imagine how much fun that would be to drive! Best of all you can't get someone to beach it!!! Just think of what strain that ship/car puts on the refractor engine. lol

The map list for the event being held on the 29th and 30th of May (in no particular order). If you find that you do not have one of these maps in your map folder, then you can go to the is82 website and download it, and place it in there.

@ Gensolo, That's a LONG list of maps x__x. Do you know/guess the size of all the maps? Depending, I might be reaching my month's internet usage/

The majority of them come in the map pack and downloads that we have given the links to here. The rest are probably 8-10 or so that you have to dl by yourself, and they usually run about 30-50 mb. each.

I just looked at my interstate folder and it's only 1.63 gb.

Got it Gensolo, and yes it does run on the mac. So I'll be there....gunning for first!
