Windows 7 64-bit, I believe. The games width seems to have changed on it's own, I think due to several critical updates my computer went through. Here's basically what it looks like...

I actually play with the black bars, but that's just because I get horrendous lag when I edit those settings (although I could play in widescreen on Vista without lag, strangely).

So if you suddenly start getting lag, I'd recommend reversing the changes.

No luck. When I'm looking at the servers list, the cursor will only go up to the black bar on the left but when I go to the right it goes behind the black bar somewhere.

If you dont worry too much about stretch you can set your video card settings to "fit to screen". Sometimes this is the alternative to changing the game resolution and creating lag. It is possible that this was how it was set before and an update reset that setting.
