Hey guys and gals, GoodDay here. I have this very fine map I made about a year ago but it never gets played cause well, it's not on a server!! (

I was wondering if anyone would like to try it out and see if it's worthy of being put on the modded server for all to enjoy?

It looks preety cool ! what weapons and vehicles will be available ? I hope many tanks some jeeps anmd
landing rafts to go on the river/lagoon. And ofcourse planes !!!

Let´s hope admins see it and check it, i guess will take a while to be added as all MG will
need to download it. Is not cool when you are in server and you get "map not found"

I'm a bit confused, I went to the clan site and that map was listed under "Maps on Pro Server". Is this just a storeage server?

It's on their Pro Server, as storage yes. An admin would have to put it in rotation....sadly, nobody ever plays on that server(unless their main server(Humpem n Dumpem) crashes. It is not in the vote list.

Yes there are many vehicles ranging from: tanks, apc, fletners, jeeps, planes, boats, and best of all: I added a car from the Interstate 1982 mod(it's slightly hidden off in the top right of the map), this car is amazing!! It's a Lancia Stratos(rally car) and is great for evading planes and tank fire!!!

Only draw back that I'm aware of for this map, is the amount of tickets it starts out with...not many. Before too many download, maybe I should consider trying to add more? I'm not 100% sure on how to do that but I know enough modders to where finding that solution shouldn't be a concern. Also, there are 6 flags, and if both teams hold 3 flags each then the tickets bleed on BOTH teams.....That was not done intentionally....

In short, as is, the map plays through pretty fast.

Operation Good Day for Vanilla bf1942 has been completely re-textured and also Reegad re-shadowed it for me:) We will be releasing in ASAP on Reegad's 1942mods.com website and server!!

I've only perused it by helicopter so far, using it as the map selection for 'create your own server' in the game manager. Quite a feat, kudos to those who still break out the design kits. Snipers would have a field day.

Let me or an admin know if you're having trouble installing it into the correct location.

The extra 2mb between versions is obvious , bright green and blue hues in texture. You have to love the andrew sisters wailing away on the radio, reminiscent of a few F.H. maps.. makes it a nice play to 'be'. Stand in ATF city and look up at the horizon 360 and the sniping positions surround you, a mild touch of parcour added here and there throughout the map. Very very nice ! Kudos

Hey Colonel! Yeah I'm not too far from LA...Alas I'm no longer ATF. They are all my brethren still. The Interstate82 "clan" "needs" me for awhile. At is82.com of course.

In regards to this map: IT HAS NOT BEEN OFFICIALLY RELEASED YET!! I DISCOVERED A FEW BUGS JUST BEFORE I PULLED THE TRIGGER ON RELEASE! :/ I AM WORKING DILIGENTLY TO FIX/REPAIR.
