Sorry, excitement takes over sometimes.
We need to evaluate whether or not it would be worth it to move the BF1942 box one more time...to Chicago. Money is tight and the only thing on the New York box currently is 1942. That's a lot of box for a dying game. So, in order to do an appropriate eval, we need to stress test the Chicago unranked box and see if BF1942 and Day of Defeat can live together. Yes, we were trying that in New York, and sometimes both games had some stutter and no-regs. But that was in the New York 'net infrastructure, and we need to test the Chicago infrastructure for the same thing, for ping (from Europe, So America, Australia, NZ, etc) and see if it would be worth moving the BF1942 game there.
I'm looking at some time Saturday evening so that both games will be able to have population, and so we can do an appropriate stress test. If this works and if both games play well together, we may well end up moving BF1942 to Chicago.
Tell your friends...we'll post the time here soon, so you know when to show up. We need to know what the true regs are...not just what you say when you get killed.
Can we do this?
