How to determine what GPU your PC has:
1. In the Start Menu, type "Device Manager" and open it.

2. In Device Manager, look under Display Adapters and look for Intel, AMD, or Nvidia. If you see AMD or Nvidia, then you'll want the Vulkan installer. If you only see Intel, then you'll want the dgVoodoo installer.

How to Install:
1. Download the BF1942_Road_To_Rome_Secret_Weapons_Expansions.zip file from the link above.

2. Extract the zip file and copy the Mods folder to the location where your BF1942 install is.


Battle of Britain - No Siren Sound:

Since Battle of Britain has been added to the CTF rotation, I thought I would provide an RFA file that removes the siren that drives people insane.

Installation Instructions:
Extract the patched battle_of_britain.rfa file to the Battlefield 1942 installation directory.
 

The default path is normally one of these paths:
C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\Battlefield 1942\mods\bf1942\archives\bf1942\levels

C:\\EA GAMES\Battlefield 1942\mods\bf1942\archives\bf1942\levels

Hi Wasabi. I was getting blackscreen on BF 1942 and couldn't fix it. I tried a system restore, but then the game wouldn't load up. I did all the downloads from Moongamers but when I click on BF1942, it looks like it's going to load and then it quits and I get a "ding" sound taking back to my computer screen. Any suggestions?
