I have been playing this since '03 or so.  A bit ago my computer just died.  All of my files and games just not accessible.  Had to set up a new (old) computer and reset up all of my games.  Just down graded to windows 10 (WAFPOS) and I can't get Battlefield to work.  Copied my windows 7 (different computer) to an ssd and here we are.  Now I have to manually enter the server ip into the add server but I made it.  Yeah!!!  I so miss RTR and SWoWWII maps on Sundays. 

Did I mention that I kind of hate (VERY STRONGLY) windows 10??  I got Starcraft to work on it but not battlefield 1942.

PS  yes I used to play on Rockage server when it was still around, shout out to Outer Donkey, Scope, Julia and all the others that are now missing.

That's bonkers Win10 has been nothing but magic for me since 7 that OS is so many working arounds plus conflicts then 11 plays so hohum cutesy for me n yet somehow erryone raves for it (and sorry you are limited to manual join, no server browsing really?)

StarCrack 1 I got that @ ToysRUs launch day bigbox and all I held down was the crummy jewel case, you got it running because bnet I assume??
